Whoops!
I know Twitter is a free service, but the below is very annoying and makes me want to rethink using Twitter. I'm sure every member on Twitter is familiar with the Whoops! screen. With all the maintenance windows and improvements they claim to be pushing I don't understand why Twitter doesn't scale better.
