Getting IIS to install on Windows XP Home

I came accross this link on the ASP.NET forums today. It tells you how to get IIS installed on Windows XP Home Edition. However, proceed at your own risk as it involves modifying system files. I wouldn't recommend this route, but sometimes there may be situations where you need IIS and you're stuck on Windows XP Home.
